My freezer went out and I needed service ASAP. I found Appliance Pro on Yahoo, and they were my first call. I called at 9:15, and Ryan was on his way to my house before 10:00. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair my refrigerator in less than 30 minutes. This is the best experience I have had with a repair company basically ever, with little-to-no research on the company ahead of time.
